| Many of us make the mistake of
concentrating solely upon one or two aspects of life at the expense of
other areas. To be happy you need to live a balanced life. A lucrative
job which leaves you no time for your family, friends, or hobbies will
not make you happy, neither will unlimited leisure time if you have
nobody to share it with. You need to find out which areas of your life
are being given priority at the possible expense of others, and to take
action to put your life in balance.
The Whole Person Approach is based on the
principle that we are multi-dimensional beings, and for us to be whole,
all areas of our lives have to be fulfilled. If they are not, we have
problems. Get any area out of balance with the rest, and you are faced
with reduced performance in all areas. A balanced life is the key to
true success and happiness. |

"I do not know any quick fix glib panacea
solutions for the challenges we face in organisations and life, but I do
have some proven workshops and seminars which have helped hundreds or
individuals who have an open mind and want to make a life and not just
earn a living." |
